Sopraquota 900
A straw-like yellow, thin and flowery white wine with pleasant notes of grapefruit. It is born in Villeneuve, in Aosta Valley, at more than 900 meters of altitude. After a manual harvesting in the end of October, Sopraquota 900 is pressed and refined partly in amphora, partly in Orcio Toscano, partly in barrique, and, in the end, in steel.
Perfectly balanced between flavor and minerality.
